How long do you keep our Raw Footage for?

You are able to purchase the Raw Footage from your day within 1 year of your wedding date.

Why is the Raw Footage so expensive?!

(okay, nobody has ever asked this… but you’ve thought it right?!). In it’s natural form, the footage from your wedding day isn’t viewable without Video Editing software. In order for you to view the footage from your day, it takes me 10+ hours to curate the Raw Footage (500gb+) into a format that you’re able to view. Many couples say it’s one of their favourite videos to watch back!

When will we receive our Films if we upgrade?

You will receive your films within 12 weeks of your wedding regardless of how you upgrade your film(s). Most couples receive their films within 8 weeks.

What upgrades should we get?

Upgrading a wedding film isn’t for everyone! If I reached out to you to give you the option to upgrade, it’s because I was able to film lots of extra footage from your day that I won’t be able to fit into the standard 6 Minute Highlights Film.

• ‘+2 Minutes’ allows you to hear more speech soundbites in an 8 Minute Film along with candid footage of your guests, all the way through to extra dancefloor footage.

• ‘Feature Film’ is a 15 minute film that takes a much more Documentary approach, allowing you to hear back full soundbites from your ceremony, speeches and first dance in realtime.

• ‘Raw Footage’ allows you to relive specific moments from your day at your own pace.

How long do we have to pay for any add-ons?

Payments for Add-Ons is split over 3 months. This won’t impact the date you receive your films.
